Your privacy on Evndar

Evndar keeps as little data as it can to bring you events. It never sells your data or shows you ads. This page says what we keep, why, and where.

Last updated October 26, 2026

When you browse

You need no account to see events. We count visits without knowing who you are.

There are no advertising trackers on the site.

We use the events you open, save and register for to order events for you. If you are not signed in, this stays in your browser and never reaches us. You can switch it off at any time with the switch above the list.

When you create an account

We keep your email, your name and your photo if you add one. A WhatsApp number, if you enter it, stays private and nobody sees it.

We keep the events you save, the organisers you follow and your registrations for events held on Evndar, to show them to you and remind you.

When you register for an event on Evndar

What we collect: what you enter when you register (your name, your email or WhatsApp number, and your answers to the event's registration questions, if it has any), your photo if you have an account, and your check-in when you arrive with your ticket.

Why: to hold your place, send you your ticket and reminders, and make your entry at the door easy.

Who receives it: the organiser of the event you registered for, so they can prepare for it and contact you about it. To know their audience, they also see your registrations and attendance at their own events only, how you found the event, and whether you follow them, and they may keep tags and notes for their own planning. The organiser here means the account owner and the managers they give this permission; no other organiser sees any of this.

Evndar processes this information to run the service, keep it secure, and help you when you need it. We do not sell it or share it for advertising.

Your ticket carries a code of its own, and only you and the organiser can see its details.

When you add an event or send us a note

We keep the event's details and the organiser contact you enter, to review and publish it.

Notes sent through the feedback page reach only us and are never published.

Where your data is

There are no data centres in use in Egypt yet, so your data is hosted by companies outside Egypt, each for its own task.

Cookies

We use only the cookies the site needs, to keep you signed in and to make the site work for you. There are no advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can edit your page, or delete your account yourself in the settings. Deleting removes your details, photo, saved events and registrations, and any tags or notes organisers kept with them; what you wrote for others to read on Evndar stays, without your name.
